Look at her...a Rampage wannabe. Her name is Sammi and she is a member of that evil group, "The Power Elite." This group nearly killed Starman! I only posted her here because this is DC's only attempt to clone me and they failed miserably. I also posted her here for the transformation which is simliar to my own. Who's better... her or me? (Mind you if you choose her over me I'll break your whole arm off! ;)
